For all purchases made on our Attractive Saddle Website, you have 30 days, from delivery of your saddle, to test, try and get to know your purchase, and more?

If it isn’t love at first sight or if the saddle do not fit you, an exchange or a refund are possible. You can return it free of charge! All you need to do is send an email to and we’ll send you a pre-paid label. If you are sending the package back at your own expense, no refund of the postage is possible.

For an exchange, the best is to contact us to help finding another saddle that matches your needs.

For a refund, please download our return form HERE. Refund can take up to 15 days, in order for our staff to verify that everything is in order.

In both these instances (exchange and refund), please return your products in their original state, undamaged and in their entirety, failing which Attractive Saddle reserves the right to refuse the return.

To ensure your complete satisfaction, all our saddles are inspected and, where necessary, repaired by our master saddlers.

They are then put up for sale with a 6 month guarantee covering all parts of the saddle and/or the item received (including the saddle tree), and the leather, normal wear and tear aside.

This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from an accident, nor from an abnormal use of the equipment.
